Refund Policy

This page says, in plain words, when money paid to Kadrio comes back and when it does not. It is part of our Terms of Service; if the two ever read differently, the more generous reading applies.

1. Subscriptions — 7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment on a plan, email us and we refund that payment in full — no questions asked. The guarantee covers the first payment on each plan, not the renewals that follow it.

2. After the first seven days

Renewal payments are not refunded. You can cancel at any time from Billing or through PayPal: cancelling stops the next charge, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing further is taken.

3. Free trial

A trial lasts three days, needs a payment method, and charges nothing while it runs. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged. If you let it run, the first payment is taken when the trial ends, and the guarantee in section 1 counts from that payment.

4. Credit bundles

A one-time credit bundle is non-refundable once any credit from it has been used. A bundle with no credit used may be refunded on request within 7 days of purchase. Credits expire thirty days after they are granted, as the Terms describe; expiry is not a purchase, and nothing is owed back for credits that lapse.

5. Failed generations

When a generation fails on our side, the credits it consumed are returned to your account automatically, usually within seconds. That is the credits coming back, not money; the sections above are about money.

6. How to ask

Email support@getkadrio.com from the address on your account, or use the contact form, and include the PayPal transaction ID from your receipt. We answer within five business days. Money goes back to the payment method you used, through PayPal; how long it takes to appear depends on PayPal and your bank.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits rights you have under the consumer law of the place you live that cannot be excluded by agreement.
